All deliveries within Australia from KooGaShop.com are sent through Australia Post receipted delivery service which requires a signature to be made on arrival. In the event that a delivery is damaged in transit your order will be replaced by KooGaShop.com at no charge.
Orders to overseas destinations will also be sent via Australia Post through Australia Post’s International delivery service and attract a higher freight charge. It is possible to use another International Express Courier service, please contact us if you wish to use one of these other Express companies for a quote.
Delivery Times for Australia Post Receipted Deliveries
In Queensland – 1 to 3 working days
Other Australian States – 4 to 6 working days
Express Post – Next working day (to most Australian Cities – 2 days to regional areas).
Delivery Fees
At KooGaShop.com we have the following flat fees for deliveries within Australia of our apparel and accessories:
Standard delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide when sent via Auspost.

Please note for any orders of training equipment such as tackle bags and hit shields the deliveries fees will be calculated depending on where the goods have to be delivered. Please contact us directly for a quote on any of this equipment.
Overseas orders attract a higher freight charge and you will be emailed with this for confirmation once we receive your order.
